At The Bath Tub we are focused on providing quality service and products with the highest levels of customer satisfaction – we will do everything we can to meet your expectations whilst giving you exceptional value for your dollar. We bring to you a huge range of quality & value products under one roof like no other single store giving you a shopping experience to remember.

We believe in value for money and keeping our $ close to home. We bottle quality essential oils on site, we don't do fancy labels or boxes or have huge marketing campaigns. Our oils are sourced from the very same places as some of the 'other' big companies. So don't be fooled by our prices and don't be sucked in by 'theirs'.  There's no middle man here which means better value for you! 

Our value for money continues on to our candle range too and we offer a Candle Refill Service to our customers. Bring in your clean pots (any pots, we're not candle snobs!) and start saving money and reuse those beautiful pots and containers you have at home!

We work very hard to keep our candles as pure and chemical-free as possible, so please accept any slight blemishes as part of our candle's natural beauty.

Our candles contain no vybar, stearic acid, synthetic preservatives/hardeners or animal fat of any kind. If your candle is a little frosty, 'sweaty' or appears blemished, this is actually a GOOD sign! It means your candle has simply reacted to the environment because it doesn't contain the nasty preservatives that the big companies put in their candles to keep them looking the same as the day they were poured. So enjoy your natural candle, frosty or sweaty it will still burn beautifully and still have a wonderful fragrance throw. All of our candles produce a fragrant, high-quality burn.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your products from The Bath Tub. If for some reason you are not, please contact us within seven days of receipt. We will resolve the problem and we value your return business and of course we are nice easy people to deal with :)

All you need do is email us at sales@thebathtub.com.au or phone 08 9842 9000 so that we may organise a replacement or a credit for you.
